Default PICS of my Strobe LED Fog Lights in Side Inserts

Well I have finally found time to take a few pics of my fog lights.....now before the questions come pouring in I will give you all the info except for a pictured walkthrough of how I installed them...which was a PITA

This is the link from where I bought them:
http://www.vlsusa.com/cgi-bin/vlsusa...ml?id=mWzUSUKx

This is a great site for cop strobes, light bars, etc. They have the best prices I can find!!!

These are Whelen brand and great quality
Here is the spec link
http://www.whelen.com/details_prod.p...74&prod_id=145
They have 10 different flashing patterns and one steady burn so I can use them as fog lights when I drive around
They come in Red, Blue Amber, and White...
for the price they are awesome!!!!

For the additional Noob questions:
Yes those are blue parking led lights found here
http://www.superbrightleds.com/cgi-b...gi?product=CAR
and the right side marker is just a regular red bulb found at any automotive store
both are either 194/168

Now for an explanation of what was done......Since these are flat and our side inserts are angled....i had to dremel the a hole for a snug fit so that I could pop one side further through then the other side.....this way they points more straight then out to the side....that was fun.....

Next was mounting...sure you would think there would be something to mount these too....well for those who have been under there, all you got is plastic bumper and empty space....needless to say I was ____ed.....so I decided to use I ton on silicon and just basically stick to the insert itself....this way if you need to remove the bumper then can come off easy.....

Next was wiring.....this was another fun process.....if anyone actually read the specs for these you would know that in order to get through the patterns you will need a second momentary switch to scan on top of the regular power switch.....plus three wires were needed to connect to both fogs....one for ground, power and the last for them to run simultaneously.... Once all the wires were connected; power wire went right to fuse box next to battery....ground went to a bolt next to cold air intake (if you have one) and then with extended power wire run in through steering or pedal grommet inside. Then created a power switch and then from the power wire I spliced into to create momentary switch since it just needs power for a second..... Probably sounds confusing and it was at first until we got everything wired up....it was a lengthy process but turned out great!!! Here are the pics, enjoy and if you have questions or comments.....post them up!!!
I will try to get a vid of them flashing and with the steady burn....

You can kind of see the angle here

Yeah i made sure that i put the momentary swtich out of the way so i dont hit that on accident....that would suck driving around with those flashing

BTW the new HIDs i put in recently match the white of the fogs nicely....

They look great. I love how you have them so that they come through the vents. It makes it look like they are actually supposed to be there. They aren't bolted on to anything?? Do you worry about them falling out?

There are soooo much silicon on the back that they wouldnt move with hurricane force winds
