Ive noticed no one has any hood pins, is that safe?

 

it depends on how much the hood ways, how weel the latch is made and the skeleton, the one on mine is a full skeleton like stok hood but a hard type of poly urethane.

 

I would not advise not running Hood pins. We don't have any, just because I've been lazy and haven't bought them yet. But I can see the wind vibrating the hood while on the interstate at around 80mph. Having wind hit the vent dosen't help in keeping it stable either. I have been up to 115mph with the hood, but I would admit, a sec. does not go by that I don't think it's going to fly up in my face.

 

min bounces a lil but at like 120, butmy rain guard covers my vent so that halps a bit, but im gettin pins when i make holse for my windshield sprayers

 

bro that sh** is off the hook...im glad i saw that..my silver tc is slammed and im in the process of ordrering the hood the ait n1 hood and i was going to do the rs1 cf front lip bhut after seeing the apr splitter with the cf hood on silver that is sick .....very nice and clean bro....
