Can you get a chrome bulb to replace the yellow one?

What size bulb is it? I'll bet that you can. I think that would clean it up a bit.



Do you have pics of them light up?

and..... what about baking them apart and tinting or paint the red in the corner?


Over all, I'm not really sure how I feel about them. They look a 100X better then I ever thought they would. I know that I wouldn't put them on my car but .... I don't know they are kinda funky. Can't deside. Feels like they just need to be cleaned up a bit.

 

Those look clean... I think those are the ones I bought and smoked really dark and then took em off lol.

Took them to a local shop and had them paint them with BSP paint from toyota. Im thinking about getting another coat on the tails because you can still see the red quite well.

 

Can u see when u reverse?

Yeah I can see when in reverse as long as I have my windows down. I got 20% tint and that combined with the paint makes it hard to see. but as long as the windows are down its ok.

 

20% tint with no paint requires me to have the windows down, lol.

Thanks! My next project is to get some Anzos or TYCs and paint them one of the OEM red tC colors...probably BCP or SCM...something with a metal flake in them....it really makes the paint pop on both the car and the tail light.

 

FLEA, have you tried the TYC's in ALL red??

Dayum! those are more reflective then your car. Looks great!

 

I did try them in the red vans lens paint...wasn't a big fan. Too transparent. Almost like having a red overlay.
