i dont get down with that chrome look. It might be the crack because they're just too bright for my eyes! lol

 

That guy posted those on this website for sale a while back. I wanted those so bad but didn't have the money.

 

Here is my little nightshaded tails. Did them in a hurry so they didn't come out perfect lol. Also I switched the stop light and turn signals on the tails lol.

Whats with the yellow garnish?

 

I painted it gold after I shaved it lol. I might just paint it BSP not sure yet. I want to see how it will look with the gold rims I'm getting soon.

 

How long ago did you shave it? Any cracking? I want to shave mines too but too afraid of it cracking on me.

 

A few weeks ago and it still looks good. no bulges or anything. You just have to make sure you don't leave any air pockets while applying the bondo I applied the first time and used 150 grit to sand it down then put a second coat and did the same and on the 3rd coat of bondo I used 1000 grit sand paper and then painted it. It was just real time consuming. But not hard at all.

 

hmm im definatly gonna try shaving my own garnish. i dont have an emblem on it. might aswell. where did you get the bondo from? any specific brand?

 

I got it at advance auto. Not sure on the specific brand I'll have to check when i get home just got to work. If yall want I can make a diy on it. I took alot of pics lol.

Hahaha thanks! It's not really that hard. you need to be good with a spray can, and have a buffer. there's a write up in my signature if you ever decide to do it
