I have yet to see a thread dedicated to rain guards/vent shades. This thread is to help assist anyone that is looking to purchase a set of these for their car; but is struggling with which brand to get or better yet....how they will look on their car.

Please include the following information: Brand, price, place of purchase, pros/cons.

I'll start off.

WeatherTech rain guards, dark tint, $54.99, Toyota/Scion of San Juan Capistrano

Pros: Does the job of keeping water out, high durability, extremely easy to install.
Cons: None

1.NICE rims on the TCs

2. Do the weathertech's use 3m tape or snap on?

i had them on mine... but one broke... any idea where i can get a single rain gaurd? i loved them!

 

just ordered the weathertechs in dark smoke. will post pics when i get them on.

also going to get tint later today, so i'l have pics of them with the 20% tint.

just got the 20% tint today... so far i love the new look. i'm sure i'll have the vent visors in a couple days, i'll post pics when they are on as well.

 

IMO dark smoke weather techs look fantastic on bsp cars
it looks like its part of the door, and not as noticeable.

Downside to weather techs is once they are broken in, they RATTLE like a mthrfkr(only when windows are down and you are blasting the bass).
