well im into old muscle cars, thats what i did before joining the military was restore them with my dad, and that color green was the **** back in the day, my first car was a 73 camaro, and always wanted to repaint it that green with black strips, but i sold it like all the cars i had in the pass and now im kicking myself, hurry up and get it together so i can check it out

 

what they do, they forget to put the fender liner on ??

 

I hear ya! My dad had a 72 GTO in this color... well, not the gold flake but it was this color green. I am in the process of tracking down the current owner. I am thinking of buying it and restoring it. Its my dream car! =)

But yeah, I should be back in Cali on Monday. So, it should be all back together and ready for me to pick up.

Now I just gotta sell the motorcycle to get the other goodies for my car! =)

just wondering what u guys paid for more or less for ur paintjobs, i'm planning on getting a paint job done soon and i wanna have an average more or less of what to expect in terms of cost...

Wicked... my paint job ended up being 4k but thats including fixing all the dents from the vandalism on my car.

You can get away within the 2.5K's.
But remember, you do get what you pay for.

Well, cause I kind of work at a shop and have been doing a lot of the work myself.
But the most credit goes to my friend / boss Ross who did Dieselstation's car.

how much would a flat paint job run me?

ive been quoted 1000-6000 here in vegas.

the guy quoting 6000 is making more sense but that sounds like....alot.
