Tough Question!!!! It really depends on what kind of paint and job you get done..... My paint job was House of Kolor and just prep ,supplies and cost were over $2000.00. Luckily my paint job was sponsored by trinitytulsa and think they said they would have charged around $6000.00. This included mounting my body kit also.
My brother just got his turbo bug painted two tone and it cost him $1500.00. He left the bottom half the stock color and the top just a normal auto paint silver.. (nothing outragous like House of Kolor)
If you want to know a cost you really need to have someone give you a qoute as every job is different.

I was rockin' the 2-toned for a while... but I got tired of it... pulled it all off. Mine was vinyl:
I had changed things up a few times... here is the smaller, darker line seperating the black and silver:
But now it looks like my sig!

heres mine. very subtle. havent taken any pics that capture the color nicely but heres a couple from HIN in vegas. two days after it came outta the shop.
the top half is a metallic gray (from nissan), the rims are color matched.
im waiting for the right weather so i can take it out on a photoshoot. these pics dont do the color justice!

btw..how much is to paint the whole car?
my car is silver but i like the white... and i thinking on the paint the upper part of the car only ( so the car is silver but the second tone would be black) but i dont know...

I didn't spend anything on my paint job because I painted it myself. But I charge about 2,500 for a full two-tone paint job because I paint the whole car, but if you paint only the top half your looking about 1,500. The only thing I can tell you is that you get what you pay for. You might find someone to do it cheaper but it might look like crap!!! Just look at some of their work before you pick someone and just think about price vs. quality.
