Personally, even if I were so offended by him, I think I'd be over it by now.

Seriously, it's getting old. The car looks good (in my opinion) or might look bad (in DuMa's opinion - speaking of which, I hope you're not disrespecting my mom, DuMa? Or is that just an unfortunate series of letters that looks like it's insulting my mom? I'm gonna assume the latter :D)

But let's just stop commenting on taek's behavior and look at it objectively: here's a dude that's still here posting stuff despite the continuous bashing fest he has recieved. And despite some, perhaps, abrasive behavior, almost all the threads he has posted has been filled with something of interest to the community.

The day taek posts a thread asking which headers to install or if an AEM CAI can be used with the ZPI stage 1 turbo, I'll be one of the first to cast a stone. But in my opinion, he's been nothing short of a jerkish, abrasive, opinionated, but ultimately informative part of ScionLife. Instead of write ups about suspension or power tuning (lo_bux_racer, raamaudio) he posts pictures and videos that most of you all have been asking for. The videos.. perhaps not done in the best of taste but still it captured the sound of the rasp. Recently, he posted the Autopower roll cage and this V-style spoiler that I'm sure most of you wanted to see.

That includes me. Photoshops on Viniati's website, although understandable, doesn't cut it. I've been waiting for an accurate representation of the spoiler and now taek has provided it.

Don't you think he deserves a thank you? Well honestly, he's recieved the thank you but that's all buried in these equally abrasive return comments that are relatively off topic (they do respond to the original post but not to the topic of the post.)

In anycase, about the clean look soiled by stickers. To be completely honest, the rear with the shaven light, trunk mount cover, and emblems was simply too 'clean' in my opinion. It was like a blank sheet of white paper. Very clean, yes, but boring and dull. Although the stickers are pretty encompassing of the term "RICE," I really think they work well to break up the expanses of white. As a car, yes I think it's rice but as a canvas, I think it's a well done car, tastefully appointed with just a little color in a few places.

But of course, that's just me.

Damn this is crazy. I came on here to see the spoiler and your review Taek, but ended up reading an online battle. Well here's MY personal opinion:

The wing is ill as can be! It's sleek, clean, and isn't some aluminum or mechanical wing that makes your car look like a shopping cart. And the decals on the back look fine to me, especially the HKS power one over your exhaust I've always been a fan of JDM or JDM style looks. And as for the whole "rice" thing. The wing is NO where near ricey. It has the drag/drift look. And last but not least, to all the haters, why worry about what others are doing to their ride when you can put all that energy toward your own project. Thanks for the pics Taek and your car looks great keep it up.

I dont get why everybody keeps bashing on Taek. To me, its getting really old and childish.. He bought the spoiler and wanted to show it off to everybody so that memebers of SL can see what it looks like. Whats wrong with that? Cause somebody else made one similar to it and never even released it? The spoilers arent even identical! Even so, what about body kits that are knock-offs of the real ones? I dont see anybody complaing about those. Or the intakes available that all pretty much have the same shape, diameters and looks. Any complaints? NO.
