you can see where i circled the vent on the left side

i have a cold air intake and the filter sits right behind this vent and i was wondering if there would be any issues when it rains and the filter getting wet or hydrolocking the engine

 

There wont be an issue. The issue with hydrolocking would come if submerged in water. Water hitting it wont hurt it.
