Default Question about Umnitza DDEs

Ok so ive been having some problems with my demon eyes, first one of the high-beam halos broke, umnitza sent me another one. the same day of my install the ballasts blew, the sent me new ones, now i noticed after i got the new ballasts and stuff that they dont work period. now at this point im almost at the point where i just wanna say to hell with this, take them out and live without them. but i spent a lot of money on these and i think they are great looking when done right. now the question is, the DDE "kit" came with some wires that had a relay and such with it. are those the wires that you hook it up too so that they come on when the car is on? and if it is, what do you hook it up too. i know that the wires are color coded and they connect to each other but what do the other ones connect to. because as of right now, i think i blew the connection with the Runners period and i wont be able to run the DDEs as runners. but if i could just get them to go on when the car is on that would be fine. ill get pics up ASAP about the wires that im talkin about, but if anyone knows what im talkin about and has any pointers for me that would be great.

on a side note, im not bashing or against umnitza at all. its just the products are very fragile, and there was no warning that the ballasts werent water proof, and not everyone will assume this when they get it. from a quick glance the ballasts look like they can deal with the elements but aparently they cant. they need to be in some way water proofed. also umnitza has been very understanding with me with the problems i have and helped me when they could.

lol one more thing. does anyone think i should just give up on this headache and just wait for a set of HID Projectors with Halos built into them, or just suck it up and get these bad boys working?

thanks and sorry for the long post but i would be very thankfull if anyone had any tips for me.

yea i got that part, but i think i either blew a fuse (and i dont know where that one is so if anyone could tell me that that would be cool) or the parking lights dont work anymore. but yea i know how to wire it, im talkin about the other set of wires that came with it.
