Default Rear Wiper?

What do you guys think about tC having a rear wiper?

i am thinking about getting a custom rear wiper install, because i am quite annoyed when i have to wipe the water off before i back up my car out of my drive way when it rained the night b4.

If the RSX, and Eclipse gets it, i don't see y our car dont have it.

I got RainX as a small Christmas gift. But uh.. never looked at what it was for. Heh, I guess I know now and will start using it. Have to dig through the closet to find it, lol.

Anyway, I wish my tC had a rear wiper. They're functional and look cool. I love how they look on the new Eclipse. But I hope they don't get put on tC's.

I wouldn't want newer tC owners to get the luxury of something that wasn't offered to me. Call me a jerk, but I want to be pampered too!

A rear wiper?? No way! I think that would look horrible. Use Rain-x, I used it on all my windows and works great! I used the Rain-X wipes, it's a lot easier to apply than the liquid form.

rain-x.

rear wipers look like @$$ on anything but a minivan IMO. And a minivan isnt meant to look good anyway I have never had an issue seeing out in the rain, especially if you clean the windows often and use rainx

I think it would be a very BAD mistake if Scion even thought of putting an ugly wiper on the rear. It would take away from how smooth the car is. And rear wipers on cars just look awful.

I noticed that the Mazda 6 has a rear winshield wiper and it doesnt look ugly at all. I think it would be a nice thing to have and rear winsield wiper it would help with visibilty.

No Wiper...

I put rain X on my car about once a month and when it rains there is really no need to even have to use my fronts wiper blades.

I LOVE RAIN X......has anyone ever tried putting rain X all over your body and then taking a shower??!!!!!!!!

You wouldnt have to use a towel anymore!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!1

I don't have the comforts of having a garage, so my tC sits outside everyday. I apply rain x about maybe once a month, that stuff is pretty good. There are some mornings though that the entire car is covered in dew and the windows are foggy. Those are usually the mornings I wish the tC had a rear wiper. I agree that it wouldn't follow the lines of the car, but it definitely would have functionality. Points for originality though if you get it done.
