Do any Release Series owners have the factory fog lights OR any fog lights for that matter? I wanted the dealer fogs but it didn't appear they would werk w/ the RS grill.

 

Where in the hell are all the RS owners at?

 

I think the problem is when you get the fog lights they give you a new grill but as far as I can tell it does NOT match the release grills. Can anyone confirm??

 

I don't want to give up my RS bottom grill for the original tC grill w/ fogs.

 

I'm not real sure but I think only the top grill on the RS is different. I thought thats what i remembered anyway. Which means It wouldn't matter.

Yup, both upper and lower grills match on the RS.

 

Yes if you have the RS and you get the fog lights your lower METAL grill will be removed and replaced with the standard plastic foglight grill , both grills will not match . Best bet to get fogs is to do the IS300 foglight install or wait till a kit comes out that will use the far outer openings in the bumber

 

yup... wont work with ours... you will get the bottom changed to plastic just like tcrs1.0 said

 

Everyone says to wait for some fogs to come out that will use the outer openings... does anyone have any reason to believe that anyone is going to make these, other than the fact that it would obviously look sooo much better than the stock ones? Jeez those look bad. I love the IS300 conversions, but it's kinda spendy for some hacked together gear.

 

I just realized this... You guys are right, the RS tC can't have fogs, without losing the grille! That sucks. I guess aftermarket is the only way, but I'm sure some of you don't want to ruin your "special edition" tC with some non-factory parts.

Can the factory fogs fit behind the RS grille??
