Removal of the OEM front lip...

Is it hard...is it more than just some screws and anhesive to remove?

its not hard, just screws, and no adhesive.

No the front lip off the oem lip kit

Do not take it off. Its not glued in, its sorta like rivited in. There will be holes left over

Well, I'm planning on relacing it with the RS1 front lip, is that not ok?

there are small rivets or slots that cut into the bumper so that the OEM lip will fit on, when you take that off and cover it with the rs1 you will see the slots...i think a body shop would have to fill them for you ...i could be wrong

The RS1 lip will not cover the holes/slots left by the OEM lip

i would post to trade bumpers with someone that may actually like the OEM kit
