Removing fender?

Has anyone ever taken off the fenders before? If so, any tips or DIY?

u need to remove the sideskirts in order to get to the bolt on the bottom, also remove wheel and liner to get in there and get the black piece in between the door and the fender. Its a little involved to get the fenders off but you can do it under 30 mins with the right tools.
