Default Replacing wheel centers

Someone stole all four centers for my stock 17" wheels. When replacing them, do I just push then in the hole and that's it? I don't know why someone would steal them.....

They are definitely idiots that have no life because I replaced the center caps and within 3 weeks they are gone AGAIN!

Is there some way the caps can be attached more permanently? Or for a more drastic option, are there wheels that look similar to the stock wheels (i like how they look) and have no center caps? Or will they all have a center cap?

I thought the caps could only be removed from the inside out? I guess not...or they pryed them out?

All I can say is replace them again, but try and catch them in the act next time...or set up a video camera to try and catch the perp.

It's probably the same guy who has something against you or Scions. It's probably someone on foot or someone who lives near you.

The centers should just pop in and out, whoever stole them is retarded.

Old post...18 years later and theft is still a problem. Mine were stolen this week. Some people suck.

It's not like it's a Cadilac or anything fancy, but it's mine and I like it.

Sorry to hear that man, but its crazy to see this is still an issue so many years later. Personally, I think someone has a personal issue with you and is just messing with you. I don't think this is a thief but rather someone who wants to ____ you off. I'd either take them off every time i parked my car or park in a garage. Or set up traps hahaha

My wheel is no longer in production. I cannot find replacements. I believe they were an option from Toyota when the cars were still in production. Anyone have a lead on where I can find these center caps, or if this was a Scion optioned wheel (16") They are in real nice shape, I hate to be forced to buy new wheels because of a thief. I need not just the center logo, but the center cap the logo is mounted on.
Moonlitshade,
I doubt anyone has a problem with me. I was parked in a public parking lot shopping....way out in the end of the lot as I don't have a single door ding or paint chip yet. Walked in to buy a pair of shoes, came out to my car and they were gone.
