Quote: yeah thats y it isnt lowered i do drive it kinda like a 4x4 just not through mud or water, but most of my family lives in the country plus the roads are really sucky
but im not removing the flames or wheels cuz im saving for a turbo, and theres none like em in tyler, that ive seen. but thanks for the comments

please don't take my comments the wrong way. I am a firm believer in "do it your own way." cause it is your car and it's what you like. Screw everyone else.. I was just offering my opinion.

It's all relative, pros & cons no matter where you live, and for me it came down to the people.

I wasn't just right now this is what I got but I'm wanting to save for more performance mods right now but isn't that what scion was going for individuality but that's true about Tyler rich kids and jacked up diesels blowin smoke plus people in Tyler are terrible drivers but hopefully I'll be able to save up for ptuning turbo kit by the end of the year then I'll most likely get coilovers

I don't really buy the "roads are bad" reason for not lowering. No one is saying you have to slam it or anything. Could just easily go with TRD springs or something for a mild drop. Even that will help the look tremendously. Trust me on the roads thing though... I just rallycrossed my tC this past weekend. And if I can do that with a lowered tC (H&R Sport springs), anyone else's tC can handle just about any roads.

Of course, it is entirely possible your roads may be THAT bad... but I doubt it. At the very least though, I'd suggest looking into a rear sway bar to get it handling a little better.

The graphics are at least a little unique. I'm not a fan, but I've seen much worse.

I don't think the white interior really works though... not with a silver car (I have silver as well). I like the tinted tails - but I'd suggest looking into a full third brake light from Oznium and get a smoked one to match the tails - will look a lot nicer.

I'd also say lose the x badge on the back. It just doesn't flow... and you might as well have put 2.0T badge on there as well because that doesn't exist either.

I don't even know what to say about the exhaust though. I don't know why you'd want to go with a straight pipe on a tC. Especially just an NA one. But that also falls into the "its your car" thing.

Good luck with the turbo though! Should make it a lot of fun.

Hopefully most of this comes across as constructive for you as well... not trying to be a dick or tell you how to style your car. Just some random thoughts.

^ Speaking from experience with that location, there are in fact a lot of very bad roads (incl. non-paved with rocks), but I agree that the TRD springs shouldn't pose a problem.

lose the vinyl.. get some new rims, even black painted stockers would be better, paint the white interior trim flat black or something, and get some trd springs and your golden.
