i forgot where and what that paint is called. the one that some people paint under their lip kits so when they scrape it, it wont look that bad. i think its like rough looking and hard. not sure. anyone come up with pictures of it or just the type of paint it is would be cool. i dont mind searching for it myself.

It's just spray on bed liner. There are a few brands--LineX, Rhino Liner, etc.

I've seen these before too. I know some lip kits or the bottom of bumpers have that textured plastic material for scrapes.

 

kind of stupid imo. whether you scrape it or use bedliner it, its gonna look like crap. Its underneath anyways, no one even sees it.

 

i was thinkin bout doing this to an rs1 lip because i was hoping it would help it front crackingg. i dont care for scrapes on the bottom, i just didnt want it to crack lol. maxed out racelands + abs plastic..

Well scraping is no issue. Cracking and breaking is..I am js looking for something that can help the abs plastic not break.

 

Theres nothing thats going to prevent it from breaking.
