RS 1.0 GRILL?
I posted a link to a site that sells the perfect grille stock by the sheet (after an exhaustive and lengthy search!)
I don't have a pic yet but the result looks just like the RS 1.0 grille at a fraction the cost of an RS grille or even other aftermarket grilles. Just go to www.customcargrills.com/products.asp?id=1and order Diamond XXL Flat Grill mesh sheet, 12" X 48", powder coated gloss black (or flat if you prefer). It's $68.48 total (incl. shipping) and they deliver promptly. Assuming you are a moderate DIY person, this only takes a few hours of measuring, cutting and bending (take your time and be patient) to get a grill that looks as good as the RS grille! I know there's alot of tC owners who want that grille, me being one of them, and after searching for a long time i found good grille stock to make your own. To put the cherry on top, I placed a TRD emblem on the driver's side of the upper grille. Get's lots of looks, esp. from other envious tC owners. Good luck...

nah no DIY available. I did the same thing as Jask did, except that I painted mine black with a rattle can. Come this summer (which is oh so close!) i'll be buying some of the grill stock that he just linked to. my paint is chipping and i need to redo the grill anyways.

and the rs ones dont look better for 200 more dollars...they better have diamonds in them for the amount of money you have to shell out for em...
