IMOH prefer the PU over the RS1 & 2 because it looks more aggressive and the fact that the RS1 lip looks like any other lip made for older Civics and Integras.

PU > RS1, I've had the PU (PolyUrethane) lip for over a year now and IMHO it is the ideal material a front lip should be made of if you lower your car. I've scraped countless times due to how much lower it is than stock and the flexibility of the lip really helps, it will never crack. Here's what mines still looks like after a year of scrapage:

The RS1 to me is a lot cleaner. If you do want that PU lip or whatever just go with the RS2 lip. RS2 seems kind of better shaped but I don't know the PU kinda looks sketchy.

RS1 FTW!!. i love the rs1/p1 kit i have. wouldnt change it for anything. if you were thinking about rs1 look at the P1 ebay lip same exact thing but its cheaper. i got mine off ebay full lip kit. never been a fan of the PU kit. http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/04-09...ht_5629wt_1165

PU if you're going to scrape a lot. Used both and trust me, go with PU. (if you plan on scraping A LOT).
Several flaws with the PU:
1. Heavy
2. Not 100% OEM fit
3. Will need to do a good paint job on it if planning to paint

Goods:
1. Full polyurethane (rubber status) so no worries of breaking it
2. No vents and don't need to worry about molding in the vents
3. Aggressive look

*Using RS1 or PU, if you plan on being slammed, the lip will go up or down no matter how much you use a double sided tape.

My ride with the PU lip (front is sagging a bit b/c I scrape daily and when I mean scraping daily, I really do mean daily. Going to fix this issue). All around, the car is even lowered more so my foot doesn't go through b/w the front lip and ground.

I've been through 4 RS1 lips because of it breaking into half after scraping so much and I do know how to angle when going on ramps, bumps, etc. But if you are planning not to be slammed, just go with it.
