does any one know if the s2000 antenna will fit with no mods in place of the stock antenna

yeah all you need to do is unscrew the stock one and screw on the s2k antenna on. that simple! =) theres my diy for you. lol.

hmm.... put some loctite when you install it

otherwise, you'll find it missing when you come back to your car.

should we include a DIY on how to do that too?

i have had it for bout 3 months now..still no worries...
sometimes if i park near another tC or a car that can use it..i normally throw on the stocky one hahaha..

or if i am gone away from the car for a long time

 

use a thread locking compound...it works well and eliminates that problem

I bought mine at a honda dealership. 20 bucks.

 

i bought it at my local car parts dealer - 4 dollars (buy the non-permanent kind but still the kind that you need a tool to remove!)

 

i bought mine for 16 on ebay

 

this may sound dump but what is that thread locking loctite thing and where to get and a DIY, LOL

 

loctite. can be bought at autostore.

slather over threads and screw it in.. (well.. just actually add a drop or two)

the basic idea is to glue the antenna in so it doesn't get stolen.

 

and it keeps it from screwing it off!
