So, How does this lock-tie work? And do you get it from Home Depot?

 

u can get lock-tite from any automitive store... its basically thread lock, get the red or blue package.. u can get it from autozone, pepboys.. usually in the fon't counter in autozone.

 

ts a little gel that you wrap around nuts so that they do not move unless you use a wrench or some sort...you put it on the base of the antenna and screw it in...and thats it. you can take it off, but you will have to squeeze and then twist...its hard. good thing is, its only 99cents
