They look great on the car. Only concern I have is about the light output, which is hard to judge from a picture.

Good job.

Already got it resolved! There are two screws on the back of the headlight that adjust both height and horizontal aiming.

It seems the bulbs can't be changed. We may be able to integrate a cold cathode in there but it would be very pricey (at least $100-200 more depending on if we could get it done at the manufacturer's location or if we had to do it after the fact)

so whats the verdict guys? are these worth it? Would it be better for me to purchase HIDS elsewhere and put them in these projectors? Will these projectors prevent glare for oncoming traffic?

Sorry to rant but it is very frustrating that customers email me and tell me the price is too high and the quality is too low.. I apologize for the outburst.

Anyways... These headlights are awesome for road use, they will get a lot of light down on the road, and we are offering them for only $260!

Thanks

I completely agree with you, and I think it's too bad. Most of the aftermarket projectors are made to look cool and be affordable, not be completely functional.

I have noticed on many many applications (other different vehicles) the projects are very low quality, does not project nor distribute light efficiently. The projectors are often too small, and end up overheating the light bulb, and burning it out.

I really think it's a shame that the saying "you get what you pay for" has become to cliche. It really is true. a $700 aftermarket projector headlight will definitely yield many benefits, but the minority of the public interested in these are forced to choose other options.

Jlevi, I like the look of these projectors. If you can find some way of getting a cathode tube in there ($100 option maybe), and a better projector, then you have a great product.

I'm trying hard and being careful with my words, because I don't want to crap on your thread, but I'm trying to be positive. These headlights do look cool, they just need some more touches.

Keep us informed.

I like the concept, but somehow the materials used inside the housing just looks cheap. Little things like clear (flush) turn signal, and higher quality paint would make this set much more attractive. Maybe a row of amber LED's at the corner would make these a little more llegal.

We could easily integrate a cold cathode if there is enough interest It would be a $100-150 option ;)

If you integrated ccfl and pre-aligned and tested the cutoffs, not only would your market increase, but alot more satisfaction would be reached. You say there arn't that many people out there willing to buy $700 headlamps, but ever since I got my tC I set back about a grand for headlights. I almost went with HID Retro but 1600 was too much.
