Default Scratches & scrapes under the grille

Anyone else had these noticeable scrapes on their TC? I think the paint on TCs is cheap and Toyota should improve on that. I own a black TC so I know that scratches will show up, but the paint is so light and dull. I doubt that these scratches & scrapes will come out at all.

you can usually expect this from any company, sometimes even the high class ones
this is because the paint is applied by machines that do such a good job at painting that they only have to do a few coats to get everything flush. If it were handmade like italian cars, then the paint would be hand done with a lot more coats going back and forth.

but yea, toyota paint chips really easy..

I would be willing to guess that most lowered cars on this site have some sort of scrape marks. Even if you aren't lowered, there is a chance that you can scrape. Use some touch up paint.

Yeah scrapes will happen. Luckily I dont have many people that get down to look at the underside of my car. Lowering it on s-techs this weekend so Im already counting on some more scrapes.
