Okay so here's the deal. i work in a bodyshop and we have been slower than slow. no work for the last week, and next week is not looking promising either. a friend of mine has brought up the idea of shaving off the antenna. I have givin this some thought and figured what the hell, i dont have anything better to do. so if i have no work next week, i will be eliminating the antenna.

My question to the tC owners out there is.....

What color would go well with FM, if i were to do a two tone?

I have seen silver on a FM tC and like it, but i want to be origional and not take the mans idea I just need sugestions of other colors that may look good on meshed with FM. i will probably just do from the bodyline up. Wich includes the hood and hatch. Thats not concrete yet, but i woudl like to two tone it. i figured while ihave the time i might as well go to town.

any sugestions would be much appreciated. thanks!

Black sand pearl is the color u want.... Hate to break it to you but there is a TC out there that already has it done... I will show it to you. I drove it. If it were 5 speed i would have bought it... here you go Just to see the color.

i plan to get an electric antenna, one that goes up when i use the radio and it will close when the car is off. itll prolly be frenched in. i have been planning this, but i have to wait till i paint my car

 

yeah that was my first idea..but then i was like...eh screw it. i'll just completly get rid of it and go xm lol

 

i think you should make it stand out a little more. i would do like the hot lava xb color up top and flint mica on the bottom. but thats just my opinion

 

Dan Man With your TEIN S TECHS did u have to get a camber kit? If so how much was it, where did u get it? any tire wear problems?

 

dont need a camber kit with s-techs
and mine is soon to go into the shop to get top painted

 

no i didnt get any camber kit, but i do see that there is extra wear on the inside of the rear tires so i might think of getting some camber links

 

I was thinking the FM w. Black top and sharp pin stripe... It would look really sweet w/ the roof and all... shoot, I'd still do it...

Im doing FM on top and Desert Sand Mica off an is350 for the bottom, just not sure yet how i want to do the line
