I was at Wal-Mart today and as I was leaving I saw a couple of guys push a shopping cart away from their truck over 2 rows and into my car. I seen it hit and I quickly ran over to the 2 guys to confront them. At first they both denied even touching a cart and then they wanted to fight over it because they said that the cart was in his way as he was parking. I told them to lets wait on the cops that I didnt want to fight them because it wasnt worth it. They said "lets handle this like men", WTF, I told them that they werent capable of doing that because only a kid would do something childish like that. They started to walk back to their truck and I just followed them and told them I was going to get a pic of their tag. They were getting in the truck as I took the pic of the tag. Well the cops showed up and guess what, turns out that its Criminal Damage and a felony, so the owner of the truck will be getting a nice lil surprise when the cops come knocking on his door.

im not sure whats going to happen to them but the cop asked me if I thought it was over $500 worth of damage and I said no at first, he then told me that if I thought it was then it would be a felony. I then said sure I think its over...lol

it was the store I used to work at so I knew the local cops and thats why it was bumped up to a felony....lol

Worse comes to worse, make sure you find a body shop that will MAKE SURE that they spend $500 repairing the damage (to ensure a felony charge).
