side mirror rattling like crazyyy

does anybody know how to remove the side mirrors?... not just the mirror itself but the whole side mirror... it seems to be rattling because its not screwed on tight enough... pllzz help its killing me! lol

pop off little triangle inside the door, behind it is 3 nuts that hold on the mirror
