Default Small Corner "Air Vents" LED Mod

Hi,

I'd like to do the "simulated led fog" mod as done before on these forums. I just don't know the best way of getting to those smaller air vents, preferably without removing the bumper. I tried searching on this topic but didn't know what those pieces were called so not much help.

Thanks,
Brett

look down below the bumper and you will see where some screws are holding the plastic up so nothing can really go behind the bumper. remove some of the screws and you should be able to pull down the plastic. when you can get it down low enough, you can stick your hand in there and they are actually just held on by a self clip that you have to reach in there and push. Then you can get it out.

I think you just pop those out from behind... you could ask magyver or SquaLlHeart. I know both have done this mod.

i usually just remove them from the front.. though popping out from behind is easier.. for me at least.. it's faster to just get a nice flathead or something to pry it out.

get something that won't scratch the paint or just be careful with it.. and then work your way on the inner/flat side and pop the sucker out.
