Some one hit my car pulling into parking space

I just pushed it, like folding it, but it ended up breaking off. ____ed me off that he parked an inch from my car knowing it was the drivers side and someones BOUND to need to get into that door.
What he did was purposely done, I could more than tell by his distance from my car. He was probably laughing when he put it in park and said something smart too.
