Default Spoiler opinions?

I'm thinking of getting a spoiler for my silver tC. Pre-painted. The car is completely stock and I like the tC's i've seen with spoilers a lot.

I can't decide which I like better, the pedestal spoiler:

...Or this custom one from spoilerdeopt.com:

More pics of thhe second one: http://www.spoilerdepot.com/Catalog....odelTemp=&idB=

I know there's a couple lip spoilers out there, but I don't like those.

Other than lips, is there anything else out there that i'm missing that works well with the tC? I only know of these two. And between these, which do you guys like? And finally, anyone have any idea how much it'll cost to get it professionally installed?

Thanks

kaminari

and then the huge universal adjustable ones...

I like that second one personally. Not sure on cost though... check with your local body shop.

I forgot about the kamanari one. I have seen that, but I don't really like it. And I don't want a huge one either.

I'm leaning towards the second one too. It's a little plain, but it's still less plain than no spoiler at all, and i'd rather have plain than gaudy.

Viniati V spoiler makes it look like a G35 coupe.

That's what I got on the car right now.

I hate carbon fiber and I hate lip spoilers. You'd have to pay me to put that on my car.

I read some more reviews about spoilerdeopt, the place that makes the second spoier I showed. People had almost universally bad things to say about their cusomer service, so I think i'm going to avoid them. Pedestal spoiler it is.

Also, I just noticed here:

http://www.trdsparks.com/displaypart...7&parts_id=773

it says that new struts are included. What's the reason for that?

I was wondering where you heard bad things about the spoiler depot people? I havent been able to find anything negative about them yet. I hope they are good cause that second wing is the best I have seen so far!

I don't really remember where I read the comments about them, but most of the negative comments were about lack of responding to calls/emails and a long delivery time (several weeks).

Most people seemed to be fairly happy with the spoilers once they got them.

Oh I see. Yea everything I heard was post-install. I think for that spoiler I might try and put up with it though!
