Im trying to decide whether to get a lip or pedestal spoiler, either oem or after market, or just to leave my BSP tC the way it is. If you have any pictures or links of the spoiler you have or like, that would be awesome! I used to like spoilers alot, but now Im not sure. Please help me out!

 

i prefer the look of the tC without the spoiler.

 

I ordered my IIP with the OEM lip spoiler. Looks a little sporty without looking cheesy like the big aluminum Boeing wings that the ricers put on.

 

I like it without any spoilers. Looks smoother without one.

 

yeah, i don't consider my tc a rice burner like you see in the fast and furious and with one of those kinds of spoilers i just don't think it looks right.

 

I really like the TRF real lip spoiler, these pics are a prototype and it's going into production, and THEY WILL CLEAN UP THE SPOILER before it's mass produced, as in blend some curves and lines and make it flow more with the car, but it's pretty much done for the most part.

Either the TRF or or NO SPOILER at all!!

Yeah Ive seen the TRF spoiler and I kind of like it but Im not sure about using industrial strength tape to put it on. Also when I go to their website, it takes me to all of these other sites that are not up yet, It almost seems like they don't want to sell it or something. They said it was going to be available by now. I'd say your safe with all choices presented. Depends on if you want a sporty (Pedistal) or sleek stylish(lip) or tuner(TRF) look. They all look good. Pics when you decide.

Spoilers make 99% of cars look like crap. They do nearly nothing performance wise, and usually make the car look ricey. Plus, you will get made fun of almost everywhere you go (shopping cart, airplane wing, etc.). The only place spoilers belong on are Nascar's and other race cars.

 

Everyone is entitled to their oppinion but for us cool people J_Bomb spoilers can look nice and really set off a car.

 

I like the lip spoiler but I couldn't pay that much for it consider most people wouldn't notice. The pedestal is too ricey inmo, its too square for the round ___ end. I went with none.

I think the tC looks fine without a spoiler, but since I have the lip spoiler, when I see other tCs without a spoiler, it looks very plain to me.

 

"rice burner" is defined as to modify a car in japanese style

big body kits, big spoilers, bore exhausts, graphics, neons, etc..

By putting a medium to small sized spoiler on my japanese car, am I suddenly "riced" out????
