spray paint or powder coat?
Im planning on getting a grill for my tc soon. Its raw aluminum but i want to get it black. I was wondering if i could just primer it then spray paint it black or if i have to powder coat it to have a good look. its 30$ for powder coat. Will it rust or something if i just spray paint? what are the advantages of P.C.?

It depends on the quality of the grill. If your "buddy down the street" cuts it out using some tin shears, go spray paint because you will probably end up replacing it anyway if the work is shoddy. If it is a good quality grill, get it powder coated. It will look nicer and last a long time. Power coating on something as small as a grill shouldn't be too much.

yeah, i installed it today, but apprently i zip tied one side too soon and the gaps aren't perfect, other than that it a nice grill. im waiting till i fix it before i email him pics. The powder coat is gloss black, wouldn't have it any other way.
