that's what i figure... but so far all the pics i've found i can't tell the difference. i actually bought my car with the kit, but now i am thinking it was a waste... (i actually bought my pre-configured due to wanting it ASAP)

can you describe the difference or what to look for? thx

you need to see it in person. side skirts replace the stock skirts. and 2 lips for the front and rear

I can tell a HUGE difference of cars with body kit and without, ESPECIALLY the front! the sides are a little lower and stick out a bit more than stock.

On the black tCs it is really subtle. The ground effects stand out more on light colors like white or silver.

having had to install one of these already, i can assure you there is a difference.

and the kit is actually five pieces.

the side skirts come down further and have a bit of a wavy flare to them.

the fornt bumper piece is added on to the bottom part of the existing one. it goes up to the ducts that have the black plastic caps in them.

the rear bumper is two pieces, one for each side of the exhaust. and it has two little humps near the middle.

there are obvious differences. but it is a definite waste of money, added weight, and by far the biggest pain in the ___ i have had in my bay to date.

hey ... i have just the front lip and it wasnt horrible to install .. had the people i work next to do it ... the problem was the BCP paint was very expensive ($80 a pint) ... and i already scuffed the piece so im gettin it painted again soon ... heres a pic .. i like my car with just the front lip but im definitely gettin the rest of the pieces soon .. cuz the front flares out a bit and doesnt match the other stock pieces ... its about 400 bucks just for parts on http://www.TRDSparks.com where i got the front piece (about $135 shipped) ...

the front piece is definitely the best part of the ground fx kit .. but i still wanna get the other pieces to match .. looks nicer when lowerd too ..

if you buy all the parts from trdsparks it still endes up costing like $525 plus shipping. then you gotta pay to get em painted. theres an e-bay store that sells em for $799 plus $30 shipping for the entire kit. seems like that would work out to be the most cost effective. that's what i'm gonna do in like a week or two.
