you should just send it back. F them if they can't make a front lip that fits. You shouldn't have to pay all the extra $$$ to have a body shop make it right.

I don't think any regular body shop will be able to do much considering the fact that it's carbon fiber also. If anything, u might have to modify the stock bumper just to make the lip fit. Take it back.

You have to drill into the bumper to do the OEM lip kit as well. It's nothing new.

Sucks... but it's how it is.

Sorry to hear that.

First, can we have your name [effin_sciontc] and [Jason] (send me PM)
Honestly, we sold 4 bad / defects carbon fiber lips to local company here and most likely they will get rid by selling it on eBay. But I could be wrong.

Anyway if ANY OF YOU have problem / or need some tips to install this carbon fiber lip. Please don’ hesitate to give me a call and we will solve the problem.

About this threads:
I have the same problem before with Infinity G35 forums, one guy started "NEGATIVE THREADS" and was found out he is one of our competitors.

I don’t try to defense our self but if you do encounter problem you can just give us a call or should call us or call me direct (714) 265 4123.
I know it is easier to say something bad about other; but we are all still human, my self I do mistake sometime but we will fix the problem.

So, help us to achieve the EXCELENT provide us feedback but not destroying the good name.

Thank you so much.

oh I forgot, when i said "Honestly, we sold 4 bad / defects carbon fiber lips to local company here and most likely they will get rid by selling it on eBay. But I could be wrong. "

We sold it as defective products and the CUSTOMER KNOWs about it.

Well said Heru, I'm sure for now on people will call you directly before posting any prob. with any of your products. Not trying to make anybody feel bad, but you should always try to fix the prob. with the company in question first before raising some red flags, after all they made it, they'll fix it. Once again I'm not trying to flame anybody, just giving my .02 cents. Lastly, let me say that I know Heru and Street Concept care about their customers and they will help you if you ask them to.
