It's not hard at all. With the right tools it should take no more than 1 hour for both sides for a newbie. This thread has gotten . Let's get back on topic.

That's not connected to the sway bar hehe. It's the Hotchkis camber links. Here's a picture of mine, next to the stock unit.
sorry taking it off topic again, but i kinda see it in the pics but i was trying to point out the silver part pointing down, not the black part.

and you can see the camber link comin straight out but there is a silver thing that kinda looks like the engine dampener comin down and thats connected to the sway bar isnt it??

Those are the endlinks for the sway bar.

oh. are they on the stock ones too? i didnt notice anyhting like those when i installed my springs. and what sway bar is that progress?

The stock ones don't look like the ones for the Progress Technology rear sway bar.
