i just helped one of our members, his story is he got into a small fender bender and i told him i would hook him up. he wanted a nice body kit so i told him i would get him the kaminari kit, cause personally i like the kit. so he agreed! almost no money outta pocket. his car was 90% stock. and now... let me know what your think

haha of course i do but is this the knock-off. if it is i might have to get in contact with you soon. The authentic kami kit that i drove to NY for was sitting for over a year and get deformed so this is a big headache!

If i had seen that the replica kit fits this well i would have ordered a long time ago. God i feel like a retard. Now im broke as hell and stuck with a bumper that looks terrible!

Normally I love the kami kit but I think those side skirts need some work. They just don't look right to me.

 

really? ive seen some side skirt that were just too much....and this one seems to be in the middle, but everyone is entitled to their own opinion anyways!

 

I am not hating on the kit. I actually really like the kami side skirts. I am just saying on this particular install I think they need some work. They seem to be flaring out. Not trying to hate, just trying to help.

I hear ya! I used to rock the Kami kit... looks great on BSP. Really makes the tC look aggressive.

I have a full, authentic kami kit as well.. and i am no longer a fan of the sideskirts at all.

My opinion stems from the fact that they do not replace the OEM skirts, but rather are mounted on top of them (and in fact are anchored through them with screws).

truly annoying.

matter of fact, I am falling out of love with the kami front bumper as well, thanks to the weird placement of the fog light holes. at this rate, I may just try my hand at designing something completely custom, since I now have to have some bodywork done.

 

I like the side skirts although a lot of others don't. Placing them over the stockers doesn't bother me as it helps with the stability. My side skirts didn't stick out anything like the ones posted above.

overall though i am very impressed with the quality and the fit-ment of this replica kit. if i had known it was this good, i would have bought it instead!

 

that front bumper looks like a replica but the rest of the kit looks authentic, either that or the pictures have poor clarity
