Default tC Valve Cover (PICS!!)

Pretty nice new SuperFa part we just installed on my car....i love it!

Installation took us about 2 hours (because we stopped every 5 seconds to snap a ton of pictures)...I think it looks great...but then again that's IMO...

They stay pretty clean if you polish and wax the VC before install...after that I imagine you'd have to hit it with some Mothers aluminum polish every few months or so to keep it looking sharp.

There's 2 pieces there...one is the factory valve cover that has been polished to a mirror shine...the other is a Billit Aluminum Spark Plug Valley cover to accent the VC and cover the plug boots and wires...very trick work.

Actually we have these in stock now, so it would ship right away. I'd rather tell you 2 weeks and you be happy to get it early than the other way around.

I went to sears and bought some polishing stuff and started doing my spare cover.. $20 and you can do it yourself, if your motivated.

I used this site for directions.

yeah...it's only been done for the last 120 years or so...

Really, though. Not everyone has a spare valve cover to be able to work on while they go to school or work.

If anyone wants they can go to the Superfa.com website and download the instructions for removing and replacing the valve cover if they like. Then go to Sears and get the polishing compounds and disks. Spend the time polishing their VC, then have a hot mod...it is very easy to do. There's also plenty of shops around that will do the polish for you. Check into it.

Zero, you should remove the studs and clean up the left side ridge, but other than that it looks hot! Now all you need is a plug valley cover!!!
