Just popped mine on a few days ago. Took about an hour. Easy install. You don't need to cut the bumper since you don't have a lip kit. Gotta say, these fogs are awesome...

i have a fujita cai installing the fogs wont disrupt anything. there will just be less direct air flowing into the intake right?

No the fogs won't affect the intake, and it should't cut down on the air intake. That spot was always blocked unless you removed the little black piece covering the hole.

I personally like the yellow bulbs so much better. The whole point of fog lights is to see in the fog. Yellow light cuts through fog, white does not.

quick question. The only lip that needs to be trimmed is the OEM lip right? If I decide to get the RS1 lip I don't have to trim anything right?

you don't. You only need trimming if you have a lip kit. But there are many different lips out there. I think you only have to trim if you have the OEM lip. not 100% tho.
