I live in rochester ny and i called around and got prices for tinting. They ranged from $130-160. Do you think that is good. Also should i pay more to have the place that has been doing it longer do it? Ideas

130 is a very good price for all around tinting.

 

they told me 200 so 130 is pretty nice

i'm paying $150 for mine on friday 35% front, 20% everywhere else

 

i was quoted $210. so i made my friend (who is a girl) call them and they quoted her for $160! so i just grabbed the phone and told them that was my sister haha

 

i paid 150 for 5% all around, and for a strip in the front windsheild. For 20% it would have been 130 but i live in florida so its really cheap down here

 

i paid 125 for 35% and 20 % for the bak windshield. n i live in LI.

 

I wouldnt pay over $100 for tint...

I paid $90 for 3m high performance 30% LIFETIME WARRANTY including a limo front strip..

$80 for windows
$10 for strip

I live in FL and I went to 3 places locally, they all offered the same prices...

$40 for 1 yr warranty
$80 for lifetime..

I went to a dealer and asked, they wanted $125 and that was the employee discount.. I would advise you'all to shop around some more..

make sure they high performance film/metal film it does not turn purple in thime and has some reflective properties (looks good)

 

I just got my windows tinted yesterday. I paid $160 for 5% all the way around. Costed more cuz they used being illegal as a price excuse haha. Also they quoted me $140 JUST for tinting the windshield, regardless of percent, and $100 for the moonroofs but he pulled that out of his ___. Price kinda sucks but when u want that dark and technically is illegal, you pay it if u want it.

 

I got my windows tinted 5% for $65, and i live in miami florida, i was surprised how cheap the price was, and it came out really good!
