Default Took off headlight, NOW have a GAP when putting it back on.

Hey guys,

Have anyone had this problem before? I try putting the headlight back, but no matter how i put it back in there is a slight gap between the headlight and the fennder. The screws to the headlights doesn't seem to be tighten, it doesn't tighten to the point that cannot be tighten anymore. Does anyone know how to fix this? I dont want water leaking in or anything. Thanks!

I experienced this problem with both my stock and Anzo headlights. As stupid as it may seem, this is the reason I got rid of my Anzo headlights. No idea what causes it unfortunately.

^ x2, especially if you have a FM! My headlights and bumper were never quite right after I started messing around with them. Even after taking the bumper off for the first time, it didn't line up properly when I put it back on. Now I've had the bumper off about 8 times and the headlights out at least 4 times - still can't get it right. I created a thread about this problem a few months ago but I just learned to live with it. Afterall, no one else will notice except tC owners.

Hmm, I've had the bumper off several times, and swapped my 07 headlights for 08's...didn't have this problem. Maybe just try positioning it again until you get it to look how you want it to
