Default Toyota Badge

Hey guys i just debadged my tc and my plan was to take out all scion badges and put in some Toyota. Reason being so people dont think its some korean import. Anyone know what car i can get a badge that fits? Mabye ill run to the local junk yard and pick a few up. Who knows? Soon ill make a thread of my car's life story. Pretty stock right now, just redid some interior things, not much. Still paying it off. But hopefully SC/TC? Intake/Exhaust, lowering springs, coilovers, strut bars? IDK. KILL ME! I need money. And if anyone is selling any of there older parts hit me up. Looking for anything pretty much. Thanks guys.

And also, i do want this car for awhile, so please let me know what will or will not mess up the whole reliability of my car. Supercharger should be fine but will a Turbo f it up? Thats my only worry. I need this car to commute 30 miles a day to and from college. Thanks again guys. Love this forum

first off concentrate on paying the car off and save up a little while you do that. One of the first mods you should do is lowering your car and aftermarket sway bars. Depending on how extreme you want to go with your car could mean youll be putting on coilovers instead of new springs/struts. Then get a nice set of wheels, look under the wheels and tires section of this forum to decide which you would like best. A turbo or supercharger should be later down the road when you have more money to spend on your car. and make sure you do you research first before jumping in to buy one.

dont go s/c unless its re-built and what not. if you do a search on here you will see a ton of threads of people that have blown enginers, s/c's killing the car, ect... and if you go turbo do it the right way and get a good tune with it. as far as the toyota badge, go on ebay. can get for like $2

as far as parts buying, there's a section of private sales on here where you can buy stuff, and if they dont seem legit, theres a buyers/sellers experience you can check out to see if anyone's had any good/bad to say about the seller. like the person before me said, lowering is probably the first thing to do. i regret waiting a year to do it. if you want a big drop, go with tein s-tech, a medium drop go with the h-tech's and a basic barely noticeable (just barely took care of wheel gap on mine) go with the red TRD springs that you can get on here or at trdsparks.com sway bar i did trd on street settings from them since mines a dd, intake wise most go with injen, some go fujita, alot of stuff is personal preferences, others have more functionality than others. best bet is to look around and search threads and you will find out everything you need to know

answer me this.. WTF is
-2005 Scion tc Silver Streak RS1.0 in your signature?

you either have a SSM.. or a RS1.0... they're two different cars.
and the Toyota badge is a dumb idea... and people who would think that Scion is a cheap korean import.. are the idiots.

don't prove to people that are smart enough to know what the car is.. that you're the idiot by changing the badging. either take it off or leave it. don't change it.

Injen is a bit louder... deep but it really depends on if you are going to install a performance header... that usually changes the pitch/note of any aftermarket exhaust.
If you want a nice low rumble... I'd suggest Injen CAI, stock header, and Injen SES cat back. That'd do it for you.
