also when its hot (i.e. vegas) and you park your car in the sun, you can let your windows down a little so heat can escape instead of being trapped in your car

But aren't weathertechs 55 plus 15 dollars shipping from their site? Thats alot for 2 pieces of plastic.

Very easy. Basically they rely on tension and a small amount of double sided tape to keep them in.. you have to bend them slightly once one side is in, in order to get the other side in. Nice and secure, but also you can take them off whenever you want.

Just when you take them off you'll probably have to get new tape
