I'd recommend leds over neons. yes neons have a more wider even glow, but leds are a lot brighter, you can make them dance and stuff, the tubes wont break, and you can leave them on all night(and a few more days)without them draining your battery. i'd recommend a single color led kit over a multi color one though, cuz a single color kit is like 3 times brighter than the other ones, unless you get a really expensive kit that has more leds. i have a led underbody kit, leds inside under the dash and seats, and behind both grills and it looks great. i get lots of compliments and stares, but also lots of unwanted attention from the cops... I would post pics, but i'm having a really hard time taking pics that aren't really blurry. they aren't rice if there on a non rice,"clean" car. however, now days the kits are alot cheaper and are being sold at auto zone and evey where else, and everybody and there brother is getting them which really sucks...

I took off my lower panels because, I didn't want to have any issues with fitment and I didn't want to see the actual tube. On a downside...be careful how you re-install the inner fender where it attaches to the areas near the air diversion panels that you may/may not remove...I forgot to put a bolt in and when I was driving through Texas/New Mexico I reallized a bit too late that it came loose, had been rubbing agains my tire for who knows how long, and ruined one brand new tire, a $90 inner fender, and cost me about 4.5 hours of travel and frustration...not to mention the guy at the tire shop cross threaded my stud and broke it off...so I had to drive to Sacramento on four studs...and because the new tire is a differnt height the tire pressure monitor light is on until I buy four new tires...ugh! Just be careful in how you iinstall them...learn from my follies...
