stretched tires
flared wheel wells
lip kit
dropped to the ground
HIDs w/projectors
luxury interior and exterior add-ons: puddle lamps, chrome handles, tint, LEDs, LED tails

I'm confused as to why there's an argument. The tC will never be a true Bippu car. It doesn't fit the profile.

Hey can create a VIP "STYLED" tC. he can never be true bippu. But he is already in the wrong direction and seems to be continuing on that path.

Well here are my suggestions. It's gonna cost a lot of moola to get a tC even close:

on another subject, most vip cars are not flashy colors like blue. there mainly black, silver, tan etc!

the standard bippu colours are black, dark blue, white, black cherry (maroon) and sometimes a gold.
