Well are they? How is the cutoff and how does it look with HID. Also, is there any problems fitting the headlight to the tC and is it sealed properly? Also, what is the bulb size? I did do a search, but was unable to find clear data for all of this. Thanks SL.

Save your money... the projector quailty is horrible and the cutoff is terrible as well. Just wait til the 08 tC's come out and buy the OEM projectors that come with those.

 

So does the OEM projector-like headlights for the '08 tC come with halos?

 

no one knows yet since the car is not offically released... just pictures. i doubt they do tho.

 

If they do have halos and have a sharp cut off, I'm totally getting myself a pair. Just saved hours and hours on retrofitting....

 

LOL..... None of the OEM auto manutacturers makes halos for their headlights, beside BMW. BMW patten their design and idea so that no other manufacturer can produce them. As for aftermarket headlights, I don't know how they get away with it. Maybe BMW just don't want to bother with aftermarket since these small companies have such a small market and yield limited impact to their giant market.

 

Save your money and dont buy them.
Retrofit your own or wait on umnitza to release their headlights (if they ever come out). Or buy a set of 08 headlights and maybe someone will have a set of halo rings that fit them

X3. I purchased their headlights and they're crap. Not to metion, there was a defect that they refuse to fix for me. I discovered the problem within 30 days of purchase. I would just stay away from the company, period......

 

Thanks SL. I was really thinking of retrofitting, then I saw the 08 projectors a little while ago and I was wondering which was the best. I think I am going to decide between the OEM 08' projectors and a BMW 750 or ACURA TL retrofit. Thanks.
