I have a 2009 Nautical Blue tC and am fixin to buy some black VRD foglights.
My ??? is Does buying an Earlier yr model effect the install????

Any feedback would be great..

the black ones you are probably talking about are not vrds.

Yea those black K2 or whateva they called i thought they all tha "VRD style"..i also saw same type but no chrome lining..Urs look nice bro..im Just tryin to figure what black ones i would like

 

well they only make the ones i with the chrome housing

 

U right all the ones i saw all had chrome in it..I thought i saw another set with no chrome..preciate tha feedback..

 

I have these http://www.k2motor.com/lf-tc05g-wj.html and they look very nice IMO. They may not be the best quality but I have been using them for a while now and they are still holding up nicely. I personally like the "flush" look of them but thats just my $0.02

Sorry for taking so long on the pics, photobucket was being lame. Well heres my fogs

 

do you guys have to cut anything to mount those lights?

 

no, I just pushed it in

It took some force but

I got it to work with the

lip kit so if you don't have a

lip kit then it'll fit in easy

 

Yeah no cutting, all you have to do is remove the little covers that are already in there and then you slide the fog lights in perfectly. Once you put them in you put this other piece on behind them to lock them into the bumper. Very easy install the most tedious part was to remove the skid plate under the front bumper.

 

Today i installed 3k hids in my vrds THEY LOOK SO SEXYYY

 

and blind the hell out of people! lol
