i'm thinking of tinting my car but im not sure wat percent to do. I'm thinkin of 5% in the back n 20% in the rear 2 windows in 35% in the front 2. I'm not sure if it looks ok with a fading kinda look. or should i jus do all one tint? hmm...

I've notice you live in the Bay Area too. I guess you go to UCD.
Well I have 20% tint all around on my SW tC for 6 months, so far no tickets. I was pulled over once, but the officer said its illegal and left.
IMO keeping it all the same % looks the best.

 

yea do all one tint it will loook better, since you probably want a dark look durin the day for privacy since u mention 5% in the back you should get 20% all around or 15% at the most

 

agreed, one tint makes the car look cleaner

 

just becareful because the interior of the car is dark, so a 20 percent tint will be more like a 10 percent tint...

 

hm i don think imma do 5% in the back nemore. maybe 20% in the 3 back windows and 35% in the front 2? or should i still jus stick wit all 1 tint?
