Where to buy a painted front lip?

I checked out TRDsparks.com and mcgeorgeparts.com and they only sell the front lip primered.

I recently ordered a front lip for my 2005 xB from Universal Toyota in San Antonio, TX fully painted ready to install. I cost me about $240 shipped to an APO in Germany. I would call any toyota dealer ans see what they say.
