Default Where do i cut?

i just got my oem lip kit and i know i have to cut the front bumper and back bumper but what and where do i cut, and what do i use to cut it..i found this https://www.scionlife.com/forums/vie...ng+oem+lip+kit but its really not that helpful..any help will be appreciated since i will be doing this tomarrow

there's lines on the inside of the bumper..

That's the only thing I don't like about the OEM kit.

ya and the other thing that sucks..i didn't even get any of the clips or screws to put it on..and i called toyota they want 240 F*ckin dollars for clips and bolts

That's insane! You shouldn't need any bolts, you should be able to use the ones that hold on the bumper. At least I know for the front lip it's like that. I've had that off, but never the side skirts or rear lip.

just make sure u clean the inside of the bumper so u can see it good...

also when i got my kit i was missing some of the clips, so i used zip ties to replace them.... so im guessing u could use that.

nah no problems just tie them super tight, if anything use more then one per clip.....
