Default White Screws?

Hello, I was wondering where people are getting these front screws from. Actually I guess I don't know if they're even screws. All it looks like is two bumps where the holes would be for the license plate. Right now I just have stainless steel screws in there and well, it doesn't look very good. Hopefully you know what I'm talking about

Thanks

I went to the dealership and bought white touchup paint, and painted over the license plate screw covers.Cost me 7 bucks in all I think.
