hey i got a FM tC and im gonna be getting 15 or 20 % on the windows including the back, my question is do u think it will look better with the front window strip of the same tint, or without it ? anyone got pics of some tCs with the front visor strip

You can tint it down to the AS1 mark. I wouldn't, personally.

Also keep in mind that the CT tint laws say 35% front and back sides and any% rear windshield.

 

i did limo tint on the back 3 windows and the front strip also, w/ 20% on the front 2 windows.

personally i love having that strip across the windshield. the strip is even with the bottom of the rearview mirror mount.

i have a friend with the strip. It looks good on his NB, but on a light color car i dont think the strip looks to good.

 

my NBM has the front tint strip. I really like having it because I don't have to use the stupid visors all the time. sunglasses + the strip is fine for morning/afternoon driving.

 

dont do it man it looks bad, real bad IMO

 

dude... it's fricking window tint. How in the hell can it be "riced"

you should get it especially if you dont like da sun in ur facee.. i'm gettin it, hopefully da prices dont go up if i get it loll i'll probably do limo tint

 

i want to tint my tc, too. But i dont relly know how dark should i get.

 

i had them do the strip on my car because on my last tc, even though i had everything done in 20%, the front seemed lighter because of high big the windshield is(it lets in so much light). i think the strip up top makes the tints in front look darker. i hated that the front windows looked lighter than the back, even though they were the same exact %.
